Introducing a new Raisely

Raisely is an online fundraising platform for ambitious charities across the world. We empower thousands of charities across the world to take control of their revenue and improve the wellbeing of people and our planet.

Today marks the culmination of a year’s worth of work, our experience helping to raise over $30 million dollars, and our unwavering belief that the internet is the engine room of modern social movements — powering those who make the world better.

In an exciting announcement for our customers, and for ourselves, we’re launching the new Raisely. It’s the biggest update to Raisely yet.

We’ve completely rebuilt our admin panel, created a powerful new page builder, and designed 30 new themes. Along the way, we’ve added 32 new features. Yep, we counted. (The list is below.)

We’ve done this to make it easier for any organisation — big or small — to build a successful fundraising campaign.

We believe these tools need to exist and that every cause should have access to them, which is why they’re still free.

So, what’s new?

A stunning new admin panel, packed with little details

We’ve redesigned and rebuilt our admin panel from scratch.

Our new design is easy to use and logically structured. You will find information neatly organised, with easy-to-find controls. Embedded links move you between sections, subtle notices give you timely help, and you can preview your work at key stages.

On each page, you’ll find helpful controls to filter and search for information.

Our new profiles view lets you filter by teams/individuals and see archived profiles.

We’ve simplified Messages (previously Automation), adding clear steps to take you through editing or creating your emails and SMS messages.

Messages takes you through all the steps to craft targeted emails and SMS to fundraisers.

And when you create a new campaign, you’re taken through a setup guide to help you get your campaign live.

New campaigns take you through all the key steps to get your page live.

We’ve also added date-filters on reports, a richer media library, more analytics on the dashboard, powerful new permission management, and much more.

You can switch to the new admin right now, within your Raisely account.

The easiest way to build a beautiful, unique website

Previously on Raisely, you’d need to know HTML + CSS to change the look and feel of your page, and that never sat well with us.

Today, we’re introducing a new page building experience within Raisely. It’s easy, visual, and immensely powerful. You can build stunning designs without knowing any code. If you know web development, you can go even further.

Click anywhere in a page to edit it, add blocks and rows, and change backgrounds in the new page builder.

Our new page builder lets you build layouts, craft rich pages, add images, change colours, set fonts, and edit every single part of a supporter’s experience.

You can try the new page builder today by creating a new campaign.

Five campaign types, six styles, 30 places to start

When you create a new campaign on Raisely, you can now pick from five campaign types and six unique styles. This gives you 30 opportunities to find your perfect fit, whether it’s including our stunning new Expansive pages, Modern looks, or Active lines.

We’ve also added dedicated templates for Appeal Hubs and Community Hubs to simplify year-round campaigns.

Inside the new themes, we’ve improved the experience for supporters with a new dashboard and sign up form.

Each of these themes is just a starting point — everything is customisable within the page builder.

You can preview all our new templates when you create a new campaign.

The new Raisely is available to everyone today.

Existing organisations can opt-in over the next few weeks before we switch it on for everyone, and new organisations will sign up on the new version straight away.

This is just the beginning for us, and we’ve got so many ideas on how to make this platform your unfair advantage. We would love to hear your feedback and ideas as you check out our new version.

I’d like to give a huge “thank you!” to everyone who has given us feedback, shared an idea, dreamed up a solution, or passed on their frustration. I hope we’ve been able to capture a lot of those thoughts in this release.

We hope you love it.
