Supporting Australia's flood victims

As a proud Aussie company, we are watching with growing concern the humanitarian emergency caused by devastating floods in New South Wales and Queensland.

While some of our team members were personally impacted by the storms, we are lucky to have everyone at Raisely and their families safe and dry. But unfortunately, that's not a reality for everyone.

With towns submerged underwater, thousands of families have been forced to evacuate their homes. Some have lost all of their possessions. Many aboriginal communities have been displaced.

Charitable organisations and local businesses are making an effort to provide food, clothing and support for those who have been impacted by this immense natural disaster.

If you are considering helping or looking for help, here's a list of national organisations and local businesses lending a hand.

Who to support

  • Foodbank NSW & ACT is providing emergency food hampers to thousands of families who have been evacuated from their homes.
  • The Salvation Army team and volunteers are working across Evacuation Centres in QLD and NSW providing meals and comfort to emergency workers and people escaping from the floodwaters.
  • Baby Give Back is providing essential items to families with babies and young children across south-east Queensland and Northern NSW.
  • St. Vincent de Paul Society is providing food, clothing, essentials and support to recover for families affected by the floods.
  • Chuffed is helping aboriginal families of Lismore rebuild their community.
  • Koori Mail is supporting Bundjalung rural and isolated communities.
  • Byron Rangers are coordinating community volunteers, helping get supplies to displaced individuals, and raising awareness on the support needed to inaccessible locations.
  • School Aid is calling on Australian schools to raise money for the communities that have been affected by this disaster.
  • Rural Doctors Foundation exists to give those in rural and remote regions better access to lifesaving healthcare. They are providing urgent medical services to devastated communities.
